The campaign to get RATM’s early hit single ‘Killing In The Name’ to number one ahead of the latest release from the X Factor production line is building up a nice head of steam. So much so that the band were invited on to Nicky Campbell’s afternoon show on BBC Radio 5 Live to discuss the phenomenon and to play the single. Evidently the producers of the show had asked the band to self-censor the climax of the song, which they successfully failed to do. The panic in the female presenter’s voice (name anyone?) at the end is classic!
